Responses can be captured on paper questionnaires or using computer assisted telephone interviews (CATI). Telephone interviewing is a quick way of gathering survey data and is particularly useful when the respondents are geographically dispersed. The two-way interaction between interviewer and respondent ensures that misunderstanding is minimized. |
