Once commissioned, we keep you fully apprised of progress against objectives and the agreed timescale. When our researchers engage directly with your customers they conduct themselves in a manner that is appropriate to the nature and importance of your business relationship.

If we identify any issues that require immediate attention, then we will raise them appropriately to ensure speedy resolution, though at no point undermining the validity and integrity of the project.

Each project results in a detailed written report encompassing the findings and our recommendations.
